Tokens can be purchased as once-off or renewing packages. Renewing packages provide added value through bonus tokens, longer expiry, and rollover options.

Renewal, Upgrade, Downgrade & Reactivation

Renewal

Packages renewed less than 30 days before expiry receive the applicable bonus token credit (10–15%) of the new package purchased.
Renewal resets the expiry date based on the selected package duration.
Renewal reminders are automatically sent 30 days before expiry.

Upgrade

Clients may upgrade to a higher package tier at any time before expiry.
Unexpired and unused tokens are credited toward the upgraded package at their original purchase value.
The new package’s expiry period begins from the upgrade date, replacing the previous expiry.
Any unused bonus tokens carry forward to the upgraded package.
Upgrades can also move from Once-Off to Renewing packages.

Downgrade

Downgrades do not carry the benifits of reactivation of expired tokens.

Reactivation of Expired Tokens

Expired tokens may be reactivated within 3 months of expiry at 50% of original cost, valid for 25% of the original remaining hours, by purchasing the same package again or an upgrade.
