H2WISE Token Service Terms & Conditions

Effective 1 January 2026

  1. Definition of a Token. Each token represents one hour of H2WISE professional engineering or advisory service time.
  2. Use of Tokens. Tokens may be redeemed for advisory, analysis, design review, commissioning, or related services as agreed.
  3. Validity. Tokens remain valid until their expiry date, as stated in the selected package.
  4. Renewal Bonus. Packages renewed before expiry receive 10–15% bonus tokens.
  5. Reactivation of Expired Tokens. Within 3 months at 50% of cost, valid for 25% of remaining hours.
  6. Transferability. Transferable within the same legal entity; not between unrelated parties.
  7. Refunds. Tokens are non-refundable once purchased.
  8. Scheduling. Subject to H2WISE availability. Priority applies to Platinum.
  9. Reporting. Token usage summaries available on request.
  10. Pricing & GST. All pricing in AUD; GST excluded unless stated.
  11. Liability. Standard professional-service terms and limitations apply.
  12. Acceptance. Purchasing or renewing tokens constitutes acceptance of these terms.
